The Foundation of PCH Builders (2013–2017)
The PCH Builders story began in 2013. What started as a personal passion for real estate investment transformed into a brand synonymous with quality in the Calgary construction market. Initially focusing on the complex Inner-City Infill Market, we established our reputation as expert custom home builders by delivering "affordable luxury at a fair price".
Resilience in the Calgary Real Estate Market (2018–2022)
Through fluctuating oil prices and the COVID-19 pandemic, PCH remained agile. In 2021, we made the strategic decision to pause pre-selling custom homes to ensure financial stability for our clients during high inflation. By this period, we surpassed the milestone of 100 homes delivered and launched our sister company, Urban Avas Corp., to provide high-end, family-oriented rental properties in Calgary.
The Strategic Pivot to Purpose-Built Communities (2023–Present)
In 2023, PCH Builders executed a major strategic pivot toward multifamily affordable housing and purpose-built rentals. Our initial projects, Inglewood Avas and Banff Trail Avas, achieved 100% occupancy immediately, proving our ability to address the Calgary housing crisis with expert foresight. Today, we offer a diversified "flotilla" of revenue streams, including single-family homes, large-scale multifamily construction, and civil services
